Hey, I am Valerie Caspary
I guide women back into the wisdom of their bodies — rooted in heart, power, and deep feminine embodiment.
As a Feminine Embodiment Coach, I support women in reconnecting with the depth of their hearts while fiercely embodying their power — grounded, alive, and fully expressed.
I’m also an Osteopath and Naturopath with various specialization in holistic health for women and babies.
My work integrates herbal and plant medicine, medicinal mushrooms, micronutrient therapy, and precise diagnostics through laboratory testing (hormones, gut health, blood analysis).
Alongside this, I am a somatic embodiment teacher and a carrier of ancient feminine wisdom — rituals and practices passed down from woman to woman.
My calling is to help women reclaim their natural rhythm, trust their inner knowing, and live from a place of joy, vitality, and embodied connection — to themselves, to the earth, and to life.
